Let me begin with the positives... Location is good with all rooms having sea view.. Unfortunately the sand here is black unlike murud. I believe its due to the harnai... read more fishing dock nearby. Food taste is good however you cannot expect an early morning tea till 8 am. Sad part is there is no idea vodafone network coverage and you are totally isolated. The wifi they have does not have range inside the room. No television inside the room. They do not have blankets but thick bedsheets to cover.
Hot running water in the bathroom is good.
We had stayed in a basic comfort room.
People are welcoming.

Fabulous homestay, beat all expectations. Amit, Poonam and their kids along with Rahul and his assistant made it a special stay.Good Food, clean rooms,smiles all around, walk to beach(plonk on... read more the beach),don't think beach is dirty,it's volcanic sand so it's black.Good sit outs, hot water, kettle , basic toiletries. We ushered 2023 here. Small trek can be done on a hillock (Turtle hill). Location is Palande beach a left turn just before Nisarg restaurant( road coming from Harnai and Road coming down from Anjrele junction.

Great location right next 2 the non- commercial palande beach...quite clean actually. Dont expect luxury its a simple homestay with 3 clean rooms and a small dining area..the hosts Amit... read more and Nikhil make sure you get the best service. The sea food was outstanding.

Both Veg and Nonveg members of my friends and family loved it out... read more and out. We were a group of 14 friends and family travelled together including kids and we had great fun. We had sea food on all days, music night, barbecue night and bonfire on both nights. Amit even promptly helped to arrange a doctor visit early morning for a kid who was not feeling well. He took care of whatever best possible of our small or big requests. Recommended if you are visiting beaches in Dapoli. 5 star from my side.

Rooms air conditioned and fully furnished. Owners : Mr. Amit Gaikwad and his wife Ms. Pooja. 2 wonderful kids Dhruv and Avanti. Location : Right on the beach . Can't get closer. A cute hillock on the side for a small easy trek and a higher view of the sea and the ships and boats as well as the sunset and sunrise. We stayed for 4 nights/days. Incredible time. Fabulous hospitality. Over indulging, generous and affectionate service. Don't compare it with hotels and clubs. A true homestay in a highly cultured Maharashtrian household supported by local cooks, gardeners and maids. Simplicity of Akshay and Shubham was overwhelming... Food made to everyone's individual taste, variety, quantity and spread ( and timing !!) Most authentic Sole kadi, Chaas, Pohe, Alu Vadi, zunka, bhakar, poli, and many more... (I kept the fish for the last !!!) Amazing fish curries and unlimited fried fish of many many types, straight from the boats that passed you a few minutes ago. Wake up, stroll, eat, sleep, wake up, play, eat , drink, eat again, chat, use unlimited free WiFi ( in each room ), chat with your group, go to the sea, go up the hillock, comeback hungry, eat, drink, sleepdid I miss out anything.!!!
Local sightseeing options are there and Amit can organise the transport as per your group size and distance covered. Warning !!! the roads are really bad, use your own sedans or bigger vehicles. Amazing facts : this place has produced 4 Bharat Ratnas ( don’t fall of your chairs !!!), light house, observation points and platforms, cashew nut factories ( only good in summer ), temples, but keep all these for another visit ( you will be compelled to ).this time just chillcontemplate, introspect, get pampered and pamper your group.
This place is good for small groups, not exceeding 20-25. After all we don’t want to break their back, we need personalized service.
Rates: for humanity's sake don’t bargain with them. Their rates are already so low and reasonable, negotiating with them will make you look small when you later see their service , accommodation and food. Just accept , go get adopted by this wonderful family, have a true HOMESTAY More

Place is bang on the beach unlike others. Top rooms are sea facing with a beautiful view. Hotel is economical and... read more safe for family. Staff is very friendly and prompt. Local food is good and avbl with the hotel. Dont go by outside looks of hotel, rooms are very good from inside.
