They can organize a vehicle for your to and fro ... read more Accommodation : 3 double rooms on the ground floor and 3 family rooms on the 1st floor with balcony. Rooms air conditioned and fully furnished. Owners : Mr. Amit Gaikwad and his wife Ms. Pooja. 2 wonderful kids Dhruv and Avanti. Location : Right on the beach . Can't get closer. A cute hillock on the side for a small easy trek and a higher view of the sea and the ships and boats as well as the sunset and sunrise. We stayed for 4 nights/days. Incredible time. Fabulous hospitality. Over indulging, generous and affectionate service. Don't compare it with hotels and clubs. A true homestay in a highly cultured Maharashtrian household supported by local cooks, gardeners and maids. Simplicity of Akshay and Shubham was overwhelming... Food made to everyone's individual taste, variety, quantity and spread ( and timing !!) Most authentic Sole kadi, Chaas, Pohe, Alu Vadi, zunka, bhakar, poli, and many more... (I kept the fish for the last !!!) Amazing fish curries and unlimited fried fish of many many types, straight from the boats that passed you a few minutes ago. Wake up, stroll, eat, sleep, wake up, play, eat , drink, eat again, chat, use unlimited free WiFi ( in each room ), chat with your group, go to the sea, go up the hillock, comeback hungry, eat, drink, sleepdid I miss out anything.!!!
Local sightseeing options are there and Amit can organise the transport as per your group size and distance covered. Warning !!! the roads are really bad, use your own sedans or bigger vehicles. Amazing facts : this place has produced 4 Bharat Ratnas ( don’t fall of your chairs !!!), light house, observation points and platforms, cashew nut factories ( only good in summer ), temples, but keep all these for another visit ( you will be compelled to ).this time just chillcontemplate, introspect, get pampered and pamper your group.
This place is good for small groups, not exceeding 20-25. After all we don’t want to break their back, we need personalized service.
Rates: for humanity's sake don’t bargain with them. Their rates are already so low and reasonable, negotiating with them will make you look small when you later see their service , accommodation and food. Just accept , go get adopted by this wonderful family, have a true HOMESTAY More

I along with my family visited the property during Christmas vacation..It's a beautiful quaint property right in front of Palande Beach..A perfect getaway for city goers with safe pristine waters... read more right in front which can melt away stress esp in Covid times..It's gives a vibe of a private beach as it is very less crowded and safe and the waters are pristine clear..There is a Turtle hill adjoining the resort where trek enthusiasts can sweat it out..Amitji the owner of the resort is extremely welcoming and ready to make your stay comfortable and relaxing..His local cuisines served at the restaurant are mouthwatering and sumptous..All Kokan varieties with fish fry and fish curries , Kombdi Vade , Gaavhan, Thalipeeth have an authentic taste..Family Rooms esp the 1st floor ones are spacious and have an amazing view of the beach..A perfect place to unwind and relax in economical rates..It truly beckons you to come back again!!!! The space is completely free of any pollution and is completely environment free. I loved it and I hope u will too. We surely visit again to same place . 5 stars from my side.

A peaceful resort away from the chatter of the city, right on a very surprisingly clean beach with every modern facility available, we as a family couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are spacious and super clean, Amit guarantees authentic cuisine with the best catch (fish) of the day, the staff are extremely curteous and polite and there are many activities lined up (like scuba diving, barbeque and karaoke) for everyone to enjoy.
Would recommend every family and big group to visit here for the sheer calm and beauty this place offers.
No hiccups, great food, amazing weather and overall amazing vibes.

January 4, 2023tinmum We ( 3 families ) had recently been to Dapoli and had visited this place in Oct'21 . We were putup here for 2 full days. The bookings were done... read more by one of my friend so was aware about it much. As per our plan we spent couple of days on karde beach and then for next days moved to this place.
It was really exciting from the first minute that we entered on the beach. First of all in order to reach this place you will have to drive on the beach for good minute or so. Wow!!
The moment we reached this place Our super host Nitin welcomed us with nice smile and nice chilled local drink 'Kokam Sarbat'. We were quickly shifted to our rooms and was extremely happy to see really large and functional rooms. The moment you enter in room you will notice that everything has been kelya really nicely and most importantly it's extremely clean and neat. Just the way we like it. Before we entered in the room the AC's were already switched on so that we feel refreshed ( so, thoughtful). Bathroom was extremely clean, all sanitary items were of good quality and arranged quite well. Nitin explained us everything quite well and made sure that we are comfortable.
From here onwards we couldn't realise how quickly our two dayswere already over. In these two days we were showered with tasty Breakfast, mouth watering lunch and never ending dinner. Everything was perfect in the food. Nitin and his team made sure that the food was served just the way we all wanted . We like traditional Kokani food and these guys made sure that we will get it. He kept suggesting us menus and helped us to plan it better. Fish lover from our group were over the moon as preparation was exceptional. Even veg dishes that they surve were extremely tasty . Kudos to this guy. Can go on and on .
Now.somethign about location. This is the main USP on this place. This is quite near to main road but at the same.time quite secluded as well. Simply loved the location. All we did was take dip in water- eat - sleep repeat.
Evening were made beautiful thanks to lovely lighting. We played lot of good.music danced and good 2 hours , karaoke and what not. In between all this Nitin and his guys kept us serving ( various kind of bhaji's/pakoda's , French fries for kids, barbeque etc. etc.
Nitin is a one super host who loves to take care of people and he leave no stone unturned. He likes to discuss lot of topics with you and make you feel really comfortable. He is really bothered about giving something back to nature and I appreciate this thought the most.
On the third day we were really sad that we had to leave this little paradise and go back to reality but then Nitin we will be back soon.
Improvement : Though the beach and water is quite safe and clean. There are some sections which are really filthy . Off course efforts need to be Putin at local level. But simple steps like combing the near by area once in a week would keep it in a great shape.

The food is really homely and very tasty. Moreover you have a widest choice of the seafood to eat.
Dolphin spotting can also be arranged at an extra cost.
One can spend the entire morning and evening gazing the sea and hearing the waves.
