Let me begin with the positives... Location is good with all rooms having sea view.. Unfortunately the sand here is black unlike murud. I believe its due to the harnai... read more fishing dock nearby. Food taste is good however you cannot expect an early morning tea till 8 am. Sad part is there is no idea vodafone network coverage and you are totally isolated. The wifi they have does not have range inside the room. No television inside the room. They do not have blankets but thick bedsheets to cover.
Hot running water in the bathroom is good.
We had stayed in a basic comfort room.
People are welcoming.

I along with my family visited the property during Christmas vacation..It's a beautiful quaint property right in front of Palande Beach..A perfect getaway for city goers with safe pristine waters... read more right in front which can melt away stress esp in Covid times..It's gives a vibe of a private beach as it is very less crowded and safe and the waters are pristine clear..There is a Turtle hill adjoining the resort where trek enthusiasts can sweat it out..Amitji the owner of the resort is extremely welcoming and ready to make your stay comfortable and relaxing..His local cuisines served at the restaurant are mouthwatering and sumptous..All Kokan varieties with fish fry and fish curries , Kombdi Vade , Gaavhan, Thalipeeth have an authentic taste..Family Rooms esp the 1st floor ones are spacious and have an amazing view of the beach..A perfect place to unwind and relax in economical rates..It truly beckons you to come back again!!!! Hospitality of owner amit is very amazing. He personally pays attention to your every need. We faced there kind of medical emergency where amit helped us like a family member. Food was awesome

I had booked this resort for one night in Feb end 2019. Had taken help of reviews and photos on TripAdvisor to do so but to my surprise, the pics... read more turned out pretty old.
When we reached the resort, there was a construction going on between the resort and the beach... thus the view is not same as one sees in the pics.
The rooms seemed refurbished but they were unclean with dirty floors and some sort of pungent smell !
The bathroom was used and stinky....
The gentleman who had come along to show us the room mentioned that the rooms were not clean as the resort was on beach and the earlier guests had made the place a mess.... guess he was not aware that all seaside beach resorts face similar problems but still take efforts to keep the place clean.
We decided to leave the place immediately and let go off the advance paid....
Overall, not a well managed or well placed place and hence this review !

A peaceful resort away from the chatter of the city, right on a very surprisingly clean beach with every modern facility available, we as a family couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are spacious and super clean, Amit guarantees authentic cuisine with the best catch (fish) of the day, the staff are extremely curteous and polite and there are many activities lined up (like scuba diving, barbeque and karaoke) for everyone to enjoy.
Would recommend every family and big group to visit here for the sheer calm and beauty this place offers.
No hiccups, great food, amazing weather and overall amazing vibes.
