For our experience the lovely Konkan Trip Beach Resort is a perfect place Now we spend a few days here. Amit is a superb host and his team very friendly. They beyond to ensure we have a confortable stay and the food is tasty. Great place in front of the beach . We recommend to all overlanders!

The bookings were done... read more by one of my friend so was aware about it much. As per our plan we spent couple of days on karde beach and then for next days moved to this place.

It was really exciting from the first minute that we entered on the beach. First of all in order to reach this place you will have to drive on the beach for good minute or so. Wow!!

The moment we reached this place Our super host Nitin welcomed us with nice smile and nice chilled local drink 'Kokam Sarbat'. We were quickly shifted to our rooms and was extremely happy to see really large and functional rooms. The moment you enter in room you will notice that everything has been kelya really nicely and most importantly it's extremely clean and neat. Just the way we like it. Before we entered in the room the AC's were already switched on so that we feel refreshed ( so, thoughtful). Bathroom was extremely clean, all sanitary items were of good quality and arranged quite well. Nitin explained us everything quite well and made sure that we are comfortable.

From here onwards we couldn't realise how quickly our two dayswere already over. In these two days we were showered with tasty Breakfast, mouth watering lunch and never ending dinner. Everything was perfect in the food. Nitin and his team made sure that the food was served just the way we all wanted . We like traditional Kokani food and these guys made sure that we will get it. He kept suggesting us menus and helped us to plan it better. Fish lover from our group were over the moon as preparation was exceptional. Even veg dishes that they surve were extremely tasty . Kudos to this guy. Can go on and on .

Now.somethign about location. This is the main USP on this place. This is quite near to main road but at the same.time quite secluded as well. Simply loved the location. All we did was take dip in water- eat - sleep repeat.

Evening were made beautiful thanks to lovely lighting. We played lot of good.music danced and good 2 hours , karaoke and what not. In between all this Nitin and his guys kept us serving ( various kind of bhaji's/pakoda's , French fries for kids, barbeque etc. etc.

Nitin is a one super host who loves to take care of people and he leave no stone unturned. He likes to discuss lot of topics with you and make you feel really comfortable. He is really bothered about giving something back to nature and I appreciate this thought the most.

On the third day we were really sad that we had to leave this little paradise and go back to reality but then Nitin we will be back soon.

Improvement : Though the beach and water is quite safe and clean. There are some sections which are really filthy . Off course efforts need to be Putin at local level. But simple steps like combing the near by area once in a week would keep it in a great shape.

The food provided is authentic konkani style and was very tasty. As a non-vegetarian, its creditable for them that I also complement their vegetarian menu. The rooms are tidy, clean and well maintained with all basic facilities available. The WiFi is surprisingly fast, stable and available in almost all locations in the vicinity of the main property. There are dolphin sighting tours available in some months of the year close to winter, and we were also able to successfully spot them on the first attempt itself. Amit is a great host and his staff accommodated our requests to the best extent possible. Be advised on two points for the journey by road. Firstly, please speak to Amit about the best route to reach the property because Google Maps shows the shortest route which is not at all optimal. Secondly, the road from Mumbai to Palande is still under renovation so the condition is not the best. Your car better be in good condition to be able to take this journey without hassle.   We were a family group of 15 people travelling during the Christmsas holidays with the intention of some peace and quiet and family bonding time. Amit and his lovely abode... read more came through on all these fronts.
A peaceful resort away from the chatter of the city, right on a very surprisingly clean beach with every modern facility available, we as a family couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are spacious and super clean, Amit guarantees authentic cuisine with the best catch (fish) of the day, the staff are extremely curteous and polite and there are many activities lined up (like scuba diving, barbeque and karaoke) for everyone to enjoy.
Would recommend every family and big group to visit here for the sheer calm and beauty this place offers.
No hiccups, great food, amazing weather and overall amazing vibes.

  I visited this place during long weekend of 26th Jan. and the first impression and reaction is "WOW"
We were 03 families and we booked the whole place for us.... read more I was planning to go to Dapoli and stay at "Konkantrip" since long. But due to some or the other reason it was getting delayed. Finally we were able to make it. Property is bang on beach and they have enough place where kids can play.
We reached the place around 12:30 in the afternoon and immediately after reaching we were welcomed with refreshing Kokam drink. Amit and Nikhil were concerned about all our needs, starting from suggesting us the right route to reach Dapoli to the food we wanted to have.
Food: Amit called us well in advance and made sure that food is as per our requirement. Food was ready when we reached and it was delicious. Every meal which we had was awesome and delicious.
Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean with clean linen and towels. Only issue which I could find is that there is no place for keeping luggage in the rooms.
Overall a great and relaxing place. Amit & Nikhil please keep it up.
