We ushered 2023 here. Small trek can be done on a hillock (Turtle hill). Location is Palande beach a left turn just before Nisarg restaurant( road coming from Harnai and Road coming down from Anjrele junction.

  I was told about this place by a long time friend and we planned a 3 day motorcycle trip to explore the Konkan coast with KonkanTrip Beach Resort as our... read more base. The moment we arrived we were guided onto the beach to reach the property which was an experience by itself, greeted with a welcome drink and shown our room which was already cooled. That was a clear indication of the level of attention Amit and his team pay towards guest experience and the hospitality that was to follow for the rest of our stay. The rooms were neat, well equipped with air conditioning, tv and strong wi-fi. The view of the sea right in front of you, hill which curves around the property and the beach is terrific. The food was excellent and authentic Konkan coastal flavours with a lot of care gone into sourcing the freshest seafood catch each morning, the most local ingredients from the area and each meal was memorable. What struck me most is how much attention and care has gone into every small aspect of the guest experience and how out of the way Amit and the staff would go to ensure a great experience. Ideal place for family stays too.

We were 03 families and we booked the whole place for us.... read more I was planning to go to Dapoli and stay at "Konkantrip" since long. But due to some or the other reason it was getting delayed. Finally we were able to make it. Property is bang on beach and they have enough place where kids can play.
We reached the place around 12:30 in the afternoon and immediately after reaching we were welcomed with refreshing Kokam drink. Amit and Nikhil were concerned about all our needs, starting from suggesting us the right route to reach Dapoli to the food we wanted to have.
Food: Amit called us well in advance and made sure that food is as per our requirement. Food was ready when we reached and it was delicious. Every meal which we had was awesome and delicious.
Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean with clean linen and towels. Only issue which I could find is that there is no place for keeping luggage in the rooms.
Overall a great and relaxing place. Amit & Nikhil please keep it up.

  This was my second visit to this place and this time I visited this with Family. Property is right on the Beach and all rooms are sea-facing or I should... read more say beach touch. Our much awaited long weekend started with a super exciting Beach Drive to reach this property . We were welcomed with a soothing Welcome Drink by Amit and his staff. Room was sanitized already. As expected Rooms were neat & clean.

Lunch was ready for us (Pre-Order) and was served fresh and hot to us. Beach is terrific here and we observed that Property Owner himself take care of beach Cleaning and all. Kudos

Amit and His team were there for all small needs of there guest and may be that was the reason that resort was fully occupied with Repeat guests.

Birthday arrangements/Cake/Decorations were done on request for another guest and Bonfire was arranged too.

Visit it for the best beach experience in Dapoli, Fresh Seafood ,Delicious Modak and VEG Thali and Best Surprise BIRYANI.

  I had booked this resort for one night in Feb end 2019. Had taken help of reviews and photos on TripAdvisor to do so but to my surprise, the pics... read more turned out pretty old.

When we reached the resort, there was a construction going on between the resort and the beach... thus the view is not same as one sees in the pics.

The rooms seemed refurbished but they were unclean with dirty floors and some sort of pungent smell !

The bathroom was used and stinky....

The gentleman who had come along to show us the room mentioned that the rooms were not clean as the resort was on beach and the earlier guests had made the place a mess.... guess he was not aware that all seaside beach resorts face similar problems but still take efforts to keep the place clean.

We decided to leave the place immediately and let go off the advance paid....

Overall, not a well managed or well placed place and hence this review !
