Food was very good and fresh cooked with authentic Konkani taste, myself not being a fan of sea food very much enjoyed each and every meal here.
Breakfast too... read more have various options like Thalipeeth, Bread omelet, Poha,Gavana, fresh foods and Juice and its not limited to one item per person ,hence enjoying a mini buffet breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner : Amit makes sure that the menu is prior discussed with you and same is
prepared according to preference. My husband was allergic to Prawns, Amit made
sure to have a separate thali prepared for him, Even as birthday special
he made a Squid starter for my husband as he had mentioned he would like to try it and Amit
Surprised him with it. Cake was also arranged.

Amit & team made sure that both our rooms were properly cleaned and sanitised before we check in. Special shout out for cleanliness to Amit & Team.
Ambiance:
Since the proper is situated on beach itself you get an exclusive access to beach with no to limited guest on beach.
Pet Friendly:
We travelled with our Dog Bruno and Amit being animal lover himself made sure that he too enjoys his vacations and was very supportive in teams of Bruno needs.
Our overall experience at the hotel was AWESOME and we would soon be planning another trip just to relax and enjoy the hospitality of Amit and his team.

We were 03 families and we booked the whole place for us.... read more I was planning to go to Dapoli and stay at "Konkantrip" since long. But due to some or the other reason it was getting delayed. Finally we were able to make it. Property is bang on beach and they have enough place where kids can play.
We reached the place around 12:30 in the afternoon and immediately after reaching we were welcomed with refreshing Kokam drink. Amit and Nikhil were concerned about all our needs, starting from suggesting us the right route to reach Dapoli to the food we wanted to have.
Food: Amit called us well in advance and made sure that food is as per our requirement. Food was ready when we reached and it was delicious. Every meal which we had was awesome and delicious.
Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean with clean linen and towels. Only issue which I could find is that there is no place for keeping luggage in the rooms.
Overall a great and relaxing place. Amit & Nikhil please keep it up.

Wake up, stroll, eat, sleep, wake up, play, eat , drink, eat again, chat, use unlimited free WiFi ( in each room ), chat with your group, go to the sea, go up the hillock, comeback hungry, eat, drink, sleepdid I miss out anything.!!!

Local sightseeing options are there and Amit can organise the transport as per your group size and distance covered. Warning !!! the roads are really bad, use your own sedans or bigger vehicles. Amazing facts : this place has produced 4 Bharat Ratnas ( don’t fall of your chairs !!!), light house, observation points and platforms, cashew nut factories ( only good in summer ), temples, but keep all these for another visit ( you will be compelled to ).this time just chillcontemplate, introspect, get pampered and pamper your group.

This place is good for small groups, not exceeding 20-25. After all we don’t want to break their back, we need personalized service.

Rates: for humanity's sake don’t bargain with them. Their rates are already so low and reasonable, negotiating with them will make you look small when you later see their service , accommodation and food. Just accept , go get adopted by this wonderful family, have a true HOMESTAY More

The staff was very friendly, helpful .... read more The hotel rooms are clean throughout, and our spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very tasty which was arranged by amit as per our requirement. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are facing towards the beach where we can easily walk n go towards the beach. Rooms hav a beach facing view which is just scenic view . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The newly added extra large Wifi A.C. rooms with balcony opening right on beach, mouthwatering seafood and great service!! Kids and my father got the food the way they want (less spicy, only prawns n more prawns, and whatever you asked for).
