I visited this place during long weekend of 26th Jan. and the first impression and reaction is "WOW"
We were 03 families and we booked the whole place for us.... read more I was planning to go to Dapoli and stay at "Konkantrip" since long. But due to some or the other reason it was getting delayed. Finally we were able to make it. Property is bang on beach and they have enough place where kids can play.
We reached the place around 12:30 in the afternoon and immediately after reaching we were welcomed with refreshing Kokam drink. Amit and Nikhil were concerned about all our needs, starting from suggesting us the right route to reach Dapoli to the food we wanted to have.
Food: Amit called us well in advance and made sure that food is as per our requirement. Food was ready when we reached and it was delicious. Every meal which we had was awesome and delicious.
Rooms: Rooms are neat and clean with clean linen and towels. Only issue which I could find is that there is no place for keeping luggage in the rooms.
Overall a great and relaxing place. Amit & Nikhil please keep it up.

  I along with my family visited the property during Christmas vacation..It's a beautiful quaint property right in front of Palande Beach..A perfect getaway for city goers with safe pristine waters... read more right in front which can melt away stress esp in Covid times..It's gives a vibe of a private beach as it is very less crowded and safe and the waters are pristine clear..There is a Turtle hill adjoining the resort where trek enthusiasts can sweat it out..Amitji the owner of the resort is extremely welcoming and ready to make your stay comfortable and relaxing..His local cuisines served at the restaurant are mouthwatering and sumptous..All Kokan varieties with fish fry and fish curries , Kombdi Vade , Gaavhan, Thalipeeth have an authentic taste..Family Rooms esp the 1st floor ones are spacious and have an amazing view of the beach..A perfect place to unwind and relax in economical rates..It truly beckons you to come back again!!!!   Amit is an excellent host. The resort location is right on beach. The food was tasty. Both Veg and Nonveg members of my friends and family loved it out... read more and out. We were a group of 14 friends and family travelled together including kids and we had great fun. We had sea food on all days, music night, barbecue night and bonfire on both nights. Amit even promptly helped to arrange a doctor visit early morning for a kid who was not feeling well. He took care of whatever best possible of our small or big requests. Recommended if you are visiting beaches in Dapoli. 5 star from my side.

Sad part is there is no idea vodafone network coverage and you are totally isolated. The wifi they have does not have range inside the room. No television inside the room. They do not have blankets but thick bedsheets to cover.
Hot running water in the bathroom is good.
We had stayed in a basic comfort room.
People are welcoming.

The staff was very friendly, helpful .... read more The hotel rooms are clean throughout, and our spacious with everything that we needed. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very tasty which was arranged by amit as per our requirement. The hotel is quiet, and the rooms are facing towards the beach where we can easily walk n go towards the beach. Rooms hav a beach facing view which is just scenic view . We would highly recommend a stay at this hotel.
