It is the perceptive and friendly service that makes it worthwhile staying here. Amit Gaikwad, the Owner and his staff are social at just the right level and they go... read more to great length to make you feel at home. Even my family, who did not stay in this place earlier, was received with open arms. It's also a pet friendly place.
The room we had was spacious and pretty with a sea view from every room. The food was awesome and as a foody it satisfied us to the optimum level. This being a property on the beach makes it just the perfect one for a relaxing long weekend.
This is a place we would definitely come back to and recommend to our friends.

I along with my family visited the property during Christmas vacation..It's a beautiful quaint property right in front of Palande Beach..A perfect getaway for city goers with safe pristine waters... read more right in front which can melt away stress esp in Covid times..It's gives a vibe of a private beach as it is very less crowded and safe and the waters are pristine clear..There is a Turtle hill adjoining the resort where trek enthusiasts can sweat it out..Amitji the owner of the resort is extremely welcoming and ready to make your stay comfortable and relaxing..His local cuisines served at the restaurant are mouthwatering and sumptous..All Kokan varieties with fish fry and fish curries , Kombdi Vade , Gaavhan, Thalipeeth have an authentic taste..Family Rooms esp the 1st floor ones are spacious and have an amazing view of the beach..A perfect place to unwind and relax in economical rates..It truly beckons you to come back again!!!! The newly added extra large Wifi A.C. rooms with balcony opening right on beach, mouthwatering seafood and great service!! Kids and my father got the food the way they want (less spicy, only prawns n more prawns, and whatever you asked for). A must visit place if you would like to have cool, calm beach getaway with heavenly food...

A peaceful resort away from the chatter of the city, right on a very surprisingly clean beach with every modern facility available, we as a family couldn't have asked for more. The rooms are spacious and super clean, Amit guarantees authentic cuisine with the best catch (fish) of the day, the staff are extremely curteous and polite and there are many activities lined up (like scuba diving, barbeque and karaoke) for everyone to enjoy.
Would recommend every family and big group to visit here for the sheer calm and beauty this place offers.
No hiccups, great food, amazing weather and overall amazing vibes.

Staff is very very polite and with dignity they serve everything that you order. Definitely want to revisit this place again so relaxing and my kids enjoyed ba lot as beach is just 2 mins away
