Sad part is there is no idea vodafone network coverage and you are totally isolated. The wifi they have does not have range inside the room. No television inside the room. They do not have blankets but thick bedsheets to cover.
Hot running water in the bathroom is good.
We had stayed in a basic comfort room.

The food provided is authentic konkani style and was very tasty. As a non-vegetarian, its creditable for them that I also complement their vegetarian menu. The rooms are tidy, clean and well maintained with all basic facilities available. The WiFi is surprisingly fast, stable and available in almost all locations in the vicinity of the main property. There are dolphin sighting tours available in some months of the year close to winter, and we were also able to successfully spot them on the first attempt itself. Amit is a great host and his staff accommodated our requests to the best extent possible. Be advised on two points for the journey by road. Firstly, please speak to Amit about the best route to reach the property because Google Maps shows the shortest route which is not at all optimal. Secondly, the road from Mumbai to Palande is still under renovation so the condition is not the best. Your car better be in good condition to be able to take this journey without hassle. Food was very good and fresh cooked with authentic Konkani taste, myself not being a fan of sea food very much enjoyed each and every meal here.
Breakfast too... read more have various options like Thalipeeth, Bread omelet, Poha,Gavana, fresh foods and Juice and its not limited to one item per person ,hence enjoying a mini buffet breakfast.
Lunch & Dinner : Amit makes sure that the menu is prior discussed with you and same is
prepared according to preference. My husband was allergic to Prawns, Amit made
sure to have a separate thali prepared for him, Even as birthday special
he made a Squid starter for my husband as he had mentioned he would like to try it and Amit
Surprised him with it. Cake was also arranged.

Since the proper is situated on beach itself you get an exclusive access to beach with no to limited guest on beach.
Pet Friendly:
We travelled with our Dog Bruno and Amit being animal lover himself made sure that he too enjoys his vacations and was very supportive in teams of Bruno needs.
Our overall experience at the hotel was AWESOME and we would soon be planning another trip just to relax and enjoy the hospitality of Amit and his team.
