I had booked this resort for one night in Feb end 2019. Had taken help of reviews and photos on TripAdvisor to do so but to my surprise, the pics... read more turned out pretty old.
When we reached the resort, there was a construction going on between the resort and the beach... thus the view is not same as one sees in the pics.
The rooms seemed refurbished but they were unclean with dirty floors and some sort of pungent smell !
The bathroom was used and stinky....
The gentleman who had come along to show us the room mentioned that the rooms were not clean as the resort was on beach and the earlier guests had made the place a mess.... guess he was not aware that all seaside beach resorts face similar problems but still take efforts to keep the place clean.
We decided to leave the place immediately and let go off the advance paid....
Overall, not a well managed or well placed place and hence this review !

It is the perceptive and friendly service that makes it worthwhile staying here. Amit Gaikwad, the Owner and his staff are social at just the right level and they go... read more to great length to make you feel at home. Even my family, who did not stay in this place earlier, was received with open arms. It's also a pet friendly place.
The room we had was spacious and pretty with a sea view from every room. The food was awesome and as a foody it satisfied us to the optimum level. This being a property on the beach makes it just the perfect one for a relaxing long weekend.
This is a place we would definitely come back to and recommend to our friends.

Great location right next 2 the non- commercial palande beach...quite clean actually. Dont expect luxury its a simple homestay with 3 clean rooms and a small dining area..the hosts Amit... read more and Nikhil make sure you get the best service. The sea food was outstanding.

Both Veg and Nonveg members of my friends and family loved it out... read more and out. We were a group of 14 friends and family travelled together including kids and we had great fun. We had sea food on all days, music night, barbecue night and bonfire on both nights. Amit even promptly helped to arrange a doctor visit early morning for a kid who was not feeling well. He took care of whatever best possible of our small or big requests. Recommended if you are visiting beaches in Dapoli. 5 star from my side.
